The purpose of this award procedure is to design, spraying, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of 10PW laser beam focusing lenses at ELI-NP: Short focal length mirrors (OAPM) for 10PW laser beams at ELI-NP and long focal length mirrors (LFM ) for 10PW laser beams at ELI-NP.

Main Site: IFIN-HH, Str. Reactor no. 30, Magurele, Ilfov.

Purpose of this awarding procedure-is the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of 10PW laser beam focusing lenses at ELI-NP and short focal length mirrors (OAPM) for 10PW laser beams at ELI-NP. / the associated offeror / the subcontractor / third party must prove that they do not comply with the provisions of art. 164, 165, 167 from Legea nr. 98/2016. In this respect, the single tenderer / associated offeror / subcontractor / third party will complete the DUAE - Part III for each lot. The tenderer ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders, will present for each lot at the request of the contracting authority, the following editorial documents proving /onfirm not complying with the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 above, both for the sole offeror / associated offeror and for the subcontractor / third party stated in the offer:

- the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or those who have power of representation, decor - within the framework of this, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, - Romanian legal persons must submit a certificate of fiscal attestation regarding the fulfillment of the obligations to pay the taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget, from which there was a lack of outstanding debts at the moment of presenting this certificateat - Foreign legal persons will present any editorial documents issued by the authorized institutions of the country of origin (fiscal attestation, criminal records, other equivalent documents, etc.) proving that they have fulfilled their obligations to pay the taxes, taxes, or contributions to the consolidated general government, in accordance with the Nazi legislationcountry of residence of the sole vendor / associated offeror / subcontractor / third party or of the country in which the sole tenderer / associated offeror / subcontractor / third party is established. From the editorial documents submitted, there must be a lack of overdue debts at the moment of their presentation,

- certificates / records / editorial documents proving / confirming usthe framing of the situations stipulated in art. 167 par. (1), both for the sole tenderer / associated bidder and for the subcontractor / third party named in the tender (if applicable),

- editorial documents demonstrating that the sole tenderer / associated bidder and the alleged subcontractor / third party in the offer falls within the provisions of art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding the public acquisitions with subsequent modifications and completions (if any),

- other editing documents, as the case may be.

The sole bidder / associated bidder / subcontractor / third party must not be found in the situations stipulated in art. 59 60 of the Law no. 98/2016.
