II. The method of submitting statements and applications, notifications and information in the proceedings are specified in Part XVIII of the ToR.
III. Subcontracting.
1. The contracting authority allows the participation of subcontractors in the implementation of the contract. Entrusting the implementation of part of the contract to subcontractors does not release the contractor from liability for the correct performance of the contract. In the event that the contractor uses subcontractors when performing the subject of the contract, which forthe scope of work will include welding, subcontractors must have a certified quality management system according to PN-EN ISO 3834-2: 2007, referred to in part XV point 1. The certificate should be attached to the offer.
2. The contracting authority reserves the contractor's personal performance obligation: not applicable.
3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to indicate the part of the contract which it intends to performentrust subcontractors and submissions by the contractor to subcontractors, in accordance with Annex 5 to the ToR.
IV.3. The contracting authority does not envisage the award of a similar contract as referred to in art. 134 section 6 point 3) of the Public Procurement Law
V. Form of submitted documents required in the ToR - in accordance with Part XVI of the ToR.
VI. The complete offer must contain the documents and commitments contained in Part XVII of the ToR.
VII. In order to afterclaims that the offered deliveries meet the requirements set out in Annex 1 to the ToR, the contracting authority requests that the offer be attached to:
1. List of compliance with the requirements and technical and operational parameters significant for the contracting party, in accordance with the template constituting Annex No. 1a to the ToR.
2. Documents listed in point III of Annex 1 to the ToR.
3. List of wearing parts together with definitionsindividual guarantee periods and conditions, in accordance with the specimen constituting Annex 2b to the ToR.
