1. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act is awarded a public procurement contract with the subject "Delivery of rolls for TGL 1800" - ref. 101/2018, which is a separate item from a planned public procurement with the subject "Excavator rolls and TCT" - the subject of the contract includes 3separate lots. Participants may submit bids for 1 or 2 lots. Pursuant to Art. 47, para. 10 of the PPPPP, the contracting authority allows an EEDOP to be submitted to the contract if the tenderer submits a bid for participation in the two lots.

EEDOP must indicate in which positions a tender is submitted. All decisions, announcements and explanations to the presentThis procedure will be published in the buyer profile in the electronic file of this procurement. Decisions to close the procedure shall be sent in accordance with Art. 43, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
