Selection and delivery of equipment, as well as assembly and commissioning of a research line for the preliminary separation of rock minerals from gneiss. Delivery financed in the form of operating lease with the option of purchase.

The subject of the orders includes the selection and delivery of equipment to the research line - purchase in the form of operating lease, assembly and commissioning. WITHabudowa devices must meet the requirements of procedural correctness and security for the personnel serving it. The target installation performance will be min. 25, 000 t / a. It is planned to install on the Doboszowice 1 drilling site, a research line, for the initial separation of geothermal minerals from gneiss on industrial equipment. The scope of research will cover the processes of: grindingsamples and their distribution into grain fractions. The purpose of the intended research, on the industrial equipment of the research line, is to obtain knowledge and skills confirming the positive results of laboratory scale tests on the industrial scale. The line will carry out the conversion of selected batches of waste from the grits production streams obtained from the rock material from selected locations.

Main Site: Doboszowice is a village in Poland located in the Lower Silesian Voivodship, in Ząbkowice Poviat, in the commune Kamieniec Ząbkowicki. Scope of the orders includes:

1) Selection of complete equipment for the construction of a research line and its purchase, assembly and commissioning.

Research line, consisting of the following devices:

a) The order of the impact crusher includes the impact crusher with the rotor speed controlled by the waveguidethe crusher's support structure with service platforms. Acquisition in the form of an operating lease, by 31 May 2021, the lease is financed by "Poltegor-Institute" from February 20, 21, 2011. Leasing finances "TESM".

The device will be destined for the last stages of crushing.

Basic device parameters:

- efficiency, up to 30 t / h,

- maximum feed weight up to 200 mm.

b) Order Screening plant includes:

- screen,

- supporting structure for the screening plant,

- discharge tray,

- discharge head,

- 3 interchangeable sieves, 4 sieves in the set, Leasing finances Poltegor-Institute since February 20, 21, leasing finances "TESM".

C) Belt conveyors, 6 items. - Acquisition in the form of operating lease, where by 31.5.2021, leasing is financed by " Poltegor-Institute ", and from February 1, 2121, leasing finances" TESM ".

Order, belt conveyors 6 pieces, includes conveyors for the transport of rock raw material with parameters:

- Conveyor PT-01 with a support and a cover - with a length of 20 m and a width of 800 mm tape, including a basket, vibrating gutter, magnetic detector and support,

- PT 02 conveyor with support and cover - 20 m long and a tape width of 800 mm,

- Conveyor PT 03 with support and cover - length 20 m and width of tape 650 mm,

- PT 04 conveyor with support and cover - 15 m long and belt width 650 mm,

- PT 05 conveyor with support and coversą - 15 m long and 650 mm wide tape,

- PT 06 conveyor with support and cover - 15 m long and 650 mm wide tape.

The location of the conveyors is shown schematically in Figure 1 (Annex to the ToR).

2 ) Delivery of equipment to the Doboszowice 1 cold-water plant - financed by "Poltegor-Institute".

The order includes the supply of equipment understood as their transport to the mine site Doboszowice 1 and crane works at unloading

3) Installation of the research line and its commissioning - financing by "Poltegor-Institute".

The undertaking includes:

- preparation of the area for installation (leveling and preparatory works),

- laying the substrate from boards concrete,

- crane work on assembly,

- electricity supply and equipment connection,

- s systeminstallation, - obtaining the necessary permits and consents required by law,

- supervision over assembly and commissioning of the installation.

Bid bond:

The ordering party defines the amount of the bid bond in the amount of PLN 20, 000 (say: twenty thousand zlotys). by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Ordering Party in the Terms of Reference - The Contracting Authority does not allow deposit in a currency other than PLNoland and this applies to the bid bond in each of the possible forms. The bid bond in non-pecuniary form, issued for the needs of the proceedings, should be filed in electronic form. The bid bond should be submitted before the deadline for the submission of bids, and the deposit in cash using Bank transfer will be considered effective only when the bank operating the bank accountnek confirms that he received the transfer before the deadline for submission of tenders.

In order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion from the participation in the proceedings, the contractor, at the request of the Employer, submits the following documents as of the date of submission: 1) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 points 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 monthsbefore the deadline for submitting bids,

2) the contractor's statement that the court has not been the subject of a final court decision or final administrative decision on late payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums or - in the event of such a verdict or decision, documents confirming payment of these receivables together with any viewsfines or a binding agreement regarding the repayment of such receivables;

3) the contractor's statement about the absence of a ruling against him as a precautionary measure to prohibit applying for public orders.

In order to confirm that the contractor meets the conditions for participation in the procedure or selection criteria regarding technical capacity or a professional contractor, on request to(1) list of deliveries or services performed, and in the case of periodic or continuous services also performed, within the last 3 years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter during this period, along with their value, item, dates of completion and entities for which the delivery or service was provided to youand attachments of evidence determining whether these supplies or services have been performed or are performed properly, whereby the evidence referred to are references or other documents issued by the entity for whose delivery or services were performed, and in the case of periodic or continuous services are performed, and if for a justified reason of the objective nature of the contractor-is unable to obtain these documents by the contractor's statement; in the case of periodic or continuous services, ongoing references or other documents confirming their proper performance should be issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submission of tenders. In order to confirm the fulfillment by the contractor of the conditions of participation in the proceedings regarding the economic situationThe contractor, at the request of the contracting authority, submits the following documents: - 1) a declaration by the contractor of the contractor's annual turnover or contractor's turnover in the area covered by the contract, for a period not longer than the last 3 financial years, and if the period of business is shorter period;

2) document confirming that the contractor is insured from liabilityand civil in the scope of conducted activities related to the subject of the order for a guarantee sum determined by the ordering party.

The contractor taking part in the proceedings must meet the conditions of participation regarding the economic or financial situation:

1. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion and meet the conditions for participation in the procedure may apply for the award of the contract. With progressivethe order is excluded:

1) the contractor who did not show compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure or was not invited to negotiate or submit initial offers or offers, or showed no grounds for exclusion; - 2) a contractor who is a natural person legally binding convicted of crime:

a) referred to in art. 165a, art. 181-188, art. 189a, art. 218-221, art. 228-230a, art. 250a, art. 258 or art. 270-309 of the Act of 6.6.1997 - Penal Code (Journal of Laws of 1997 No. 88, item 553, as amended) or Article 46 or art. 48 of the Act of 25.6.2010 on sport (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 127, item 857, as amended),

b) of a terrorist character, referred to in art. 115 - 20 of the Act of June 6, 1997 - Penal Code, - c) treasury, - d) referred to in art. 9 or art. 10 ujoints of 15.6.2012 on the effects of entrusting work to foreigners staying against the provisions of the territory of the Republic of Poland (Journal of Laws item 769);

3) the contractor, if the current member of its management or supervisory body, a joint venturer in the public or a partner or general partner in a limited partnership or limited joint-stock partnership or a commercial proxy validly-have been convicted of the offense referred to in points 2

12) contractors who belong to the same capital group, within the meaning of the Act of 16.2.2007 on competition and consumer protection, they submitted separate offers, oppartial applications or requests to participate, unless they prove that the interconnections between them do not lead to distortion of competition in the procurement procedure
