Delivery of winter dress as follows:
1. Costume - uniform (male -trousers and jackets) according to the order № 114-51 / 21.10.2016 "Costume - uniformed, male", as amended by the CP № 114-130 / 28.9.2017 - 110 pcs
2. Suit - uniform (ladies' trousers, skirts and jackets) according to the order № 114-50 / 21.10.2016 "Costume - uniformed, ladies", as amended by TS № 114-131 / 28.9.2017 - 40 - 3. The cap in accordance with TS No 114-61 / 21.10.2016. The cap is amended by TS No 114-149 / 28.9.2017 - 170issue
4. Barrett according to CP № 114-76 / 21.10.2016 "Barrett - ladies", as amended by TS № 114-150 / 28.9.2017 - 50 - Not required - Not required. Pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the following lots of total value up to 121 358, 85 BGN, excluding VAT, representing approximately 11, 90% of the total value of the contract shall be awarded in the order valid for the individual value ofeach of them, namely in accordance with Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the PPA:
- lot № 10 "Hat - knitted" - 700 with estimated value up to 8 050, 00 BGN without VAT,
- lot № 11 "T-shirt" - 1 400 pcs. with estimated value up to BGN 25 900.00, VAT not included, - Lot № 12 "Socks" - 1 400 people with estimated value up to BGN 6 720.00 excluding VAT, - -Item No. 13 "Belt - textile, black" - 500 pieces with estimated value up to 9 375, 00 BGN without VAT,
- Lot No. 14 "Garment decoration" - 3 030 pcs / pc. items with estimated value up to 15 436, 00 BGN, VAT not included, - Lot № 15 "Sharp with shame" - 100 with estimated value up to 1 417, 00 BGN, VAT not included, - Lot No 16 "Thermal underwear "- 480 pcs. with forecastvalue up to BGN 23 520, 00 excluding VAT, - - lot № 17 "Stationery" - 105 items with estimated value up to 1 062, 85 BGN without VAT, - lot 18 "Tactical apparel" - 40 hp with estimated value up to BGN 29 878.00 excluding VAT. In this procedure, a participant for whom the circumstances of: - - h54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (unless proof of reliability under Article 45 (2) of the RIPP is presented), - Art. 327b of the Law on Defense and Armed Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria (ЗОВРБ),
- Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and Forfeiting the Unlawfully Acquired Property (PKONPP),
- Art. 3, item 8 and Art. 5, para. 1, item 3 of the Economic and Financial Relations Actwith the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their real owners, except where there are exceptions under Art. 4 of the Act,
- Art. 101, para. 11 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act. Before concluding a framework agreement for the respective lot, the contracting authority shall require the participant designated as a contractor to submit documents, confirming the lack of grounds for removal from the procedure and evidence of compliance with the selection criteria set (also presented to subcontractors and third parties, if any), declaration under art. 59, para. 1 (3) of the Law on Measures against Money Laundering (MIMA) and other documents in accordance with national legislation (where applicable). Deadline for dos(1), (2), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) of the Agreement, - up to 90 (ninety) days from the date of conclusion of each specific contract.
