Supply of laboratory and measuring equipment for the needs of the Technical University - Gabrovo under contract № BG05M2OP001-1.002-0023, Center of Competence "Intelligent Mechatronic, Eco- and Energy Saving" :

Main Site: Gabrovo

Delivery of calibrator for gas sensors.

The implementation includes:

1) Delivery of equipment

2) Installation, adjustment and commissioning of the equipment by qualified personnel of the participant and demonstration of the stated parameters of the equipment.

3) Training for work conducted by qualified personnel of the participant, by a specialist, specified by the client .

4) Warranty service.

None

Participants submit:

1. List of documents submitted containingis in the package, signed by the participant (in the original) or by his authorized representative (free text).

2. Application form incl. the following documents:

2.1. Single European Public Procurement Document (EDES) in accordance with the requirements of Art. 67 of the Public Procurement Act and the conditions of the contracting authority.

Single European procurement document for the tenderer in accordance with the requirements ofthe contracting entity`s terms and conditions and, where applicable, the OEDO for the PL by a power of attorney representing the participant or a legal entity within its account. or management. organ; for each of the participants in the non-Yu lunch; for each subcontractor and for any person whose resources will be engaged in the execution of the contract (Annex No 4) - mandatory in electronic form.

2.2. Documents to prove mereliability racks when applicable

2.3. A copy of the Lunch Creation Document (where applicable) and the following information. in relation to the specific comm. order:

2.3.1. the rights and interests of the participants in the lunch;

2.3.2. the distribution of responsibility among the lunch members;

2.3.3. the activities that each lunch member will perform.

3. The offer includes:

3.1. Tech. proposal, containing:

a) a proposal to execute the contract in accordance with their specifications and requirements of the contracting authority - Annex No 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9.

3.2. Bid (Annex № 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, which shall be enclosed in an envelope labeled "Offered price parameters".

Remarks:

The offered prices must be indicated in BGN. without D.DS to the second decimal place.

The price includes all possible costs for the implementation of vol. position

A participant who exceeds the fin. limit, opr. for the order as a whole or fine. volume limit the position for which he is submitting a bid will be removed from participation.the participants will be considered in accordance with Art. 104, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act in connection with Art. 61 of RIPAA.
