The subject of the contract is the service of reading measuring systems in the area of activity of Polska Sp-łka Gazownictwa Branch of the Gas Plant in Bydgoszcz. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specifiedhe was included in Annex 2 to the ToR of the contract template with attachments. The estimated number of readings is 1 546 034 pcs.

Main Site: Detailed information about the areas covered by the provision of reading services is set out in Annex No. 1 to the contract.

As part of the provided reading services for measuring systems, the Contractor shall in particular carry out the following activities:

1) making read indicatorand the abacus of devices working in the measuring system;

2) verification and updating of numbers and types of devices in the measuring system;

3) checking the sealing of devices in the measuring system and reporting of irregularities;

4) visual inspection of the measuring system and its components and reporting of found irregularities;

5) reacting in the event of a system leakmeasurement;

6) reacting in the event of irregularities in the operation of the measuring system, in particular:

- lack of device,

- gas meter jam,

- loud operation of the gas meter,

- step counter operation,

- inability to read the indication,

- "Illegible counter";

7) reacting in case of suspicion of illegal consumption of gas by the recipient (taking gas withoutworth a contract for the supply of gas or with complete or partial omission of the measuring system or with the measuring system in which the interference occurred, which affects the falsification of measurements made by this system);

8) reporting of cases of damage to gas cabinets or acts of vandalism found within the measuring system ;

9) checking in the measuring systems the compliance of the status of the electrical indicationsronical counter:

- hour peak recorder,

- remote readout snap-ins,

- debt collection gas meters,

- prepaid gas meters,

with the state of the mechanical meter of the gas meter and reacting in case of irregularities;

10) supplementing and updating data on the location of the measuring system, ie:

- place of installation,

- current address of the tapping point,

- GP positionS in the event that the Employer provides location devices,

- the method of access to the measuring system.

The Employer does not specify this condition. amounting to at least PLN 1, 000, 000.00 (in words: one million zlotys 00/100).

1. The procedure for the award of the contract in question is conducted in Polish.

2. The contractor will be bound by the offer for 60 days. The offer validity period begins with the submission deadline.

3. The offer together with the Appendices and the uniform document, otherwise being null and void, should be made in electronic form and bear a qualified electronic signatureaccording to the requirements specified in the ToR.

4. The offer together with Annexes and the uniform document must be signed by the person (s) authorized to represent the Contractor using a qualified electronic signature. Unless it results from other documents attached by the Contractor, the authorization (power of attorney) to sign the offers should be attached to the offer and prepared in the postelectronic aci and bearing a qualified electronic signature.

5. If the Contractor plans to entrust part of the contract to subcontractors, he should also indicate in the tender form which part of the contract he intends to entrust to subcontractors and provide subcontractors` companies.

6. In accordance with art. 13 section 1 and item 2 of General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (OJ EU L, 2016 No. 119), hereinafter "GDPR", I inform that personal data will be processed in accordance with generally applicable law. A detailed description in the field of personal data protection is provided in the contract template

7.by awarding the order, he will call the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest to submit it within a designated period, not shorter than 10 days, valid on the day of submitting the statements or documents confirming the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 of the Act, referred to in item 8.18 of the ToR.

8. The Contractor shall provide the Employer with documents or declarations submitted upon requestcheap electronic means of communication to the e-mail address provided in point 9.1. Terms of Reference. The documents or statements shall be submitted in the original in the form of an electronic document bearing by their issuer a qualified electronic signature or in the form of an electronic copy certified as true by the Contractor. In the case of transmission by the Contractor by electronic meansa copy of the document or statement, signing it by the Contractor with a qualified electronic signature is tantamount to the Contractor`s confirmation of an electronic copy of the document or statement for compliance with the original. If the Contractor submits an electronic document or statement in a format that compresses data, providing a file containing compressed datadata by a qualified electronic signature is tantamount to certification by the Contractor for compliance with the original of all electronic copies of the documents or statements contained in this file, with the exception of copies certified respectively by another Contractor applying jointly with him to award the contract, by an entity whose capabilities or situation consists of the Contractor, albby

a subcontractor.
