The subject of the public procurement is the construction of a new nodal distribution station, which is intended to be located in a massive building built on the territory of industrial zone Bojurishte (Reg. № 924-V273, district 15, located in area "CThe contractor shall supply all the materials, equipment, equipment and facilities necessary for the construction of the site from the subject of the contract with the contractor, in accordance with the approved technical design. with the exception of the control electrometers and the remote terminal unit- RTU), which will be delivery to the assignor. The types and trademarks mentioned in the project and / or in the documentation for participation are not mandatory. Participants may offer materials, equipment, equipment and facilities to selected types / brands.

Main Site: The Bojurishte Industrial Area (Reg. № 924-V273, District 15, located in the "Sporno" area according to the plan of GuThe main types of activities and their quantities, including but not limited to, are as follows:

Building activities:

excavation (machine - 525 m, hand 41 m), back embankment connected soil - 172 m, unrelated soil - 34 m), shuttering works: a total of 1006 m, supply and manufacture of various types of reinforcement: a total of 13 991, 14 kg, delivery and laying ofdifferent kinds of concrete: a total of 196.5 m, masonry made of 25 cm: 43.8 m bricks, etc., detailed in the relevant KSU of the documentation; supply and installation of new 20 kV switchgear modules - 46 pieces (input, output, auxiliary and other fields), supply and installation of a new rechargeable battery pack with a metal enclosed cabinet with class IP41 and rectifier, etc., detailed in the relevant KSSof the documentation

The participant should be entered in the Central Professional Register of the Builder to the Bulgarian Chamber of Builders for the third group - construction of the energy infrastructure according to Art. 5, para. 1, item 3 of the Rules for Order for Entry and Maintenance of the Central Professional Register of Constructors (PIRVPPRS) for construction of second category according to Art. 5, para. 6 of the PIRICPPis a non-resident person, it should be entered in a similar register under the law of the Member State in which he is established. * According to - 2, item 7 of the PPL of the PPL, "Member State" is any Member State of the European Union as well as any State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

The examination and evaluation of the tenders, the ranking of the participants and the designation of the contractor shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, the Regulations for Implementing the Public Procurement Law (PPP) and the documentation based on Icothe best value-for-money tender, defined according to the "best value for money" award criterion, first to qualify for the highest total score (maximum points) according to the evaluation methodology of the documentation. 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of signature by the two parties For assignment of the subject of the procurementThe contracting entity shall draw up an awarding document (s) containing information on: the contract number, the assignment document number and the date of assignment, the types of works / deliveries and their quantity, the execution time, the price on the basis of unit prices from the contract, etc. . information necessary for the implementation of the types of activities. Any additional works that occur during the execution of the order are not subject to payment unless agreed with the assignor.
