Delivery communication module elab gateway under conditions of the Ministry of Health

Subject of contract is delivery of communicationThe Health Module for Multicommunication Solutions among Health Participants (Health Care Providers, Health Insurance Companies, NCZIs and Other Partners in the Health Domain). The communication module ensures fast and interactive cooperation between the components of the PZS, ZP and the native system. At the same time, it oversees compliance with legislative, health and business standards in domain e processeslab and publication of defined form domains of elab within the framework of health.

1.1.2 In the case of a tenderer consisting of a group of contractors involved in a public procurement, it is required to prove that the conditions for participation in terms of personal status are met separately for each member of the group. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (e) the law is shown by a member of the group only in relation to:

1. The applicant is not obliged to submit all documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, as the contracting authority is entitled to use some data from public administration information systems pursuant to a special regulation. The applicant is not obliged to submit documents according to - 32 paragraph2, such as:

- Extracts from the AB SR or SR SR

- Confirmation of arrears on social and health insurance

- Confirmation of arrears against the tax and customs office

2 pism. a): if the tenderer or candidate fails to submit the document pursuant to -32 paragraph 2 pism. a) is obliged to prove the condition according to paragraph 1 pism. (a) provide the contracting authority p- 2) The public contracting authority shall, when communicating with the tenderers resp. interested parties to proceed within the meaning of - 20 of the Act through the communication interface of the Jose systemphine.

3) The request received by the candidate for an explanation shall be deemed delivered in a timely manner so that the contracting authority ensures the delivery of the explanation no later than 6 days before the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders pursuant to - 48 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority shall provide an explanation on request beyond that period but in that case it shall consider extending the period n

4) Delivery of submissions - in the Josephine IS, the moment of delivery is considered to be the submission of the given information (applications, tenders, proposals, etc.). This is indicated in the filing date of the document concerned. Date of dispatch = date of delivery.

5) The candidate may prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation specified by the contracting authority in par. III.1) provisionally replaced by the single European(hereinafter referred to as "JED"). (6) If the tenderer uses JED, the contracting authority may, at any time during the tender procedure, ask the tenderer to submit a document or documents replaced by JED to ensure the proper conduct of the tender. The applicant is then obliged to deliver the documents to the publicto the contracting authority within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the request, unless the contracting authority has specified a longer period. In the event that the tenderer fails to submit the documents replaced by JED within the time limit set by the contracting authority, the contracting authority shall exclude the tenderer from the tendering procedure.and groups separately. The entitlement to provide the service shall be shown only by the member of the group in respect of that part of the subject of the contract which he is to secure me. In the case of a group of suppliers, the offer must also include a special written authorization for one member of the group of suppliers, who shall be entitled to communicate with the contracting authority on behalf of the group of suppliers and to carry out all genuine(8) The candidate submits the offer electronically to the virtual space of the contract at Josephine. 9) The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept even 1tenders from the tenders submitted if they do not meet the contracting authority`s requirements or are irregularly or otherwise unacceptable and cancel the award procedure if all tenders exceed the PHZ amount.
