Duration of the Framework Agreement: The duration of the Framework Agreement will be 24 (twenty four) months for each lot. If, during the term of the Framework Agreement, 1.9.4. (a) and / or 1.9.4. (b) the stated contract price and neither of the parties has expressed a written objection to the extension of the framework agreement without the conclusion of a supplementary written agreement;is recognized as being extended for a further period of 12 (twelve) months: (a) "Procurement Part 1: Purchase of Various Laboratory Materials and Medical Supplies # 1" EUR 45, 000.00 excluding VAT; (b) "Procurement Lot 2 Purchase of Various Laboratory Materials and Medical Supplies # 2" EUR 45, 000.00 excluding VAT, whichever comes first. In case any tenderer expresses a written objection, he shall be placeduma 1.9.4. of this Agreement for a further 12 (twelve) months, the Framework Agreement shall not be extended for the respective procurement positions specified by the Applicant. If one of the tenderers refuses to extend the framework agreement on any of the headings, it shall not affect the operation of the framework agreement on the remaining headings to which the tenderers have not objected. Yesobjections to the extension of the framework agreement have been expressed by the contracting authority, the framework agreement with the tenderers is no longer valid. The maximum term of the Framework Agreement is 36 (thirty-six) months or until the total amount of orders under the Framework Agreement reaches: c) "Procurement Part 1 Purchase of Various Laboratory Materials and Medical Supplies # 1" EUR 45, 000.00 excl. (d) "Procurement 2. purchase of various laboratory materials and medical supplies 2 "45, 000.00 EUR excluding VAT, whichever comes first.
