The subject of the orders is the delivery of medical equipment to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics for Głog-w Szpital Powiatowy Sp. z o.o.

The subject of the order is one-off-delivery of medical equipment.

The subject of the orders is divided into 10 parts, hereinafter referred to as the Packages.

The ordering party accepts submitting partial offers, ie to any chosen packages.

In particular, the subject of the order is described in Annex No. 3, ie List of technical parameters and conditions for implementation of the orders have been specified in the draft contract Annex No.4.

The proposed subject of the order must be brand new, manufactured at least in 2017.

Package No. 3 = PLN 700.00. Package No. 4 = PLN 400.00. Package No. 5 = PLN 180.00. Package No. 6 = PLN 1, 200.00. Package No. 7 = PLN 900.00. Package No. 8 = PLN 180.00. . Package No. 9 = PLN 20, 000.00. Package No. 10 = PLN 13, 000.00. The bid bond must be submitted before the deadline for submitting offers. The bid bond can be paid in the following forms:
