Purchase, delivery and entry into service of an LC-MS / MS equipment for analysis in the fields of toxicology, therapeutic drug monitoring and hormonology.

The UEA, whereby the entrepreneur declares that he meets the following selection criteria:

1. A statement concerning the total turnover and the turnover of the business activity that is the subject of the assignment over the last 3 available financial years, depending on the formation date or the date ofat which the candidate or tenderer started his / her activity, insofar as the relevant turnover figures are available.

The score must be confirmed by the accountant or auditor, stating the name and approval number.

Minimum requirement: The score must show a healthy financial situation. This score must therefore be higherjn than 1.8.

If the score is lower,

• an explicit statement from the reviewer is required explaining why the score is lower and why this is not a problem for the performance of this assignment.

• Where appropriate, to provide the auditor with an update of this statement every year when he submits the financial statements

and the provider will nevertheless provide a 5% guaranteefor the duration of the agreement.

2. An appropriate bank statement prepared in accordance with the model contained in Appendix 11 of the Royal Decree of 18.4.2017
