1) Economic operators submitting a tender must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, from which it appears that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the constitution, as well as the fact that it has the professional capacity to perform the activities that are the subject of the contract.

The way it can-be demonstrated to meet the requirement: DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with information related to their situation.
