Participants in the procedure should meet the requirements of Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, -Item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3, item 5 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation in the Participant procedure the prohibitions under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners (ЗИФОДЮПДРКЛТДС), unless theAnd it does not apply the exceptions under Art. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation in the procedure participants who are "connected persons" within the meaning of - 2, item 45 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act.3 The guarantee for performance of the contract shall be 5 (five )% Of the value of the contract, exclusive of VAT, for the lot to which the contract is to be awarded.Amount, in the form of a bank guarantee or insurance, which provides for the performance through a cover that guarantees the Contractor's liability.
