Delivery of medical devices for the needs of invasive cardiology in "MBAT" Dr. Bratan Shukerov "AD" according to the technical specification in the tender documentation, the quantities indicated are estimated and do not oblige the contracting authority to purchase them in full,

1. Participants followbe entered in the commercial register and, for non-residents, in a similar register in accordance with the law of the Member State in which they are established.

In the cases under Art. 112, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Law for proving the above requirements, the tenderer designated as a contractor submits the documents described in items 1 and 2. on a contractand with an additional up to 12 months, respectively, increasing the value of the contract by up to 50% of the original value of the contract. This possibility shall be activated in whole or in part in the case of absence of a new contract with the same subject, concluded under the terms and conditions of the PPA within the original period of 24 months (in whole or in part - for medical devices for which no new contract has been concludedcontract), as well as in case of premature spending of the contract value. As included renewal under Art. 21, para 1 of the PPA in the contract qualifies the possibility of extending the contract with new ones up to 12 months as the estimated quantities for this period represent of the estimated quantities for the first 24 months indicated in the technical specification. As an option under Art. 21, para 1 of paraThe PPA in the contract qualifies the possibility of increasing the value of the contract by up to 50% of the value for the first 24 months.
