In the procedure will be purchased various sanitary materials necessary to treat patients hospitalized.

AC-Cant est min., Cant est max - according to the provisions Annex 1 of the Terms of Reference; CS-Cant est min, cant est max, Val est min, Val estmax - in accordance with the provisions of Annex 1 of the Tender Specifications; - the largest CS-Cant est max - in accordance with the provisions of Annex 1 of the Tender Specifications; Requirement 1: The bidders / associates / third parties / subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no.98 / 2016.the following can be demonstrated:

a) The bidders will fill in with the information related to their situation the DUAE file, published by the contracting authority within the Awarding Documentation, and then submit it to SEAP signed, stamped, scanned in .pdf format with electronic signature ; b) The supporting documents that will prove the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE willto be submitted at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidders placed on the first 20 places in the intermediate rankings.

These documents are:

- Fiscal attestation regarding the lack of overdue debts related to taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation,

- Fiscal certificate prdue to the lack of outstanding debts related to taxes, local taxes and other local budget revenues issued by the City Hall at the time of the presentation, - The criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator, or those who have the power to represent, decide or contritateol within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / act of establishment

Requirement 3: The economic operator submitting a tender must prove a form under the law of the country of residence, is legally constituted and is not in any of theis the cancellation of the establishment and the fact that it has the professional capacity to perform the activities that are the subject of the contract.

1. Bidding of bids with equal prices:

For each batch:

a) In the case of equal bids (two or more bids) and ranked in the same place, the betting mode betweenwill be done by re-pricing in SEAP. The re-priced price can only be improved up to the level of the price offered by the previous ranked operator.

B) If the evaluation committee finds that admissible tenders have been submitted with unit prices equal to the first ranked bidders, the contracting authority will request a new financial proposal in SEAP(a) If price equality is maintained in the first place, then the entire lot is canceled; (b) If the equality is maintained, prices on seats 2 or 3, etc., then only those places and the following are canceled.
