Documents will be accompanied by the author's translation● The way to prove the fulfillment of the requirement: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by thethe bidder ranked first in the interim ranking made after the final evaluation of the bids, after the final auction of the electronic auction. The bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 59-60, 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be completed by aeconomic operators participating in the award procedure with information related to their situation. 1. The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, make it clear that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment and that he has the professional capacity to perform the activities that are the objectcontract. Way of completing: Completion of the DUAE, when the supporting document, respectively the ONRC certificate or the foreign tenderers, an equivalent document issued in the country of residence, is presented only at the request of the contracting authority upon completion of the evaluation of the tenders, after the final tender stage, only to the tenderer ranked first in the inte(2015, 2016, 2017) Balance sheet or balance sheet statement recorded at the competent bodies, audit report (if applicable) and if for objective reasons some of these are not available, other enlightening documents will be presented.
