It is envisaged to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 48 months for: materials suture, radiographic films and developmental solutions grouped in 13 batches

Estimated quantities-The value of the largest subsequent contract is: 1 766 RON.

The tenderers, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: The DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the-the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidders placed on the first three places in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. These documents can be:

1) tax certificates that(2) the criminal record of the economic operator or of the persons having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act;

3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations prevazute at art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Public Procurement Law 98/2016; 4) declaration on non-compliance in situations potentially generating conflict of interests, according to art. 60 of Law 98/2016, this statement will be submitted by the tenderers, third parties and subcontractors, 5) other editorial documents, as the case may be.-regarding the organization, running and finalization of the award procedure at the level of the Contracting Authority: Members of the Steering Committee:

The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a registration form according to the law of the country of residence, to make sure that the economic operator is legally established, that it is not in the none of the situations of cancellation of the establishment and the fact that it has the professional capacityto perform the activities covered by the contract. Way of completing: Completion of the DUAE, with the supporting document, namely the ONRC certificate (or the foreign tenderers, equivalent document issued in the country of residence) and the operating notice, being submitted only at the request of the contracting authority upon completion of the evaluation of the tenders. art.193 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will accept the preliminary proof as part of the DUAE (Single European Procurement Document) bids instead of the required documents for the demonstration of the qualification requirements, including the exercise capacity.
