The subject of procurement is a system for measuring magnetic properties, in accordance with the technical specification. Procurement includes testing of all components at the manufacturer's location, delivery of the entire setup to the Client's location, installation, commissioningequipment and verification of specifications, training of users and service maintenance at the Client's location.

Each tenderer must prove in the procurement procedure the entry in the court, craft, professional or other appropriate register in the country of its establishment. For the purpose of determining the circumstances of this point of the Documentation, the tenderer shall submit a completed ESPD form (Part IV.bir economic operator, Section A: Ability to pursue a professional activity: Entry in the professional register, Entry in the trade register for all economic operators on offer.
