Measuring and control equipment

In accordance with the provisions of art. 18 and art. 20 lit. b) of Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement (Classical) Of. no. 390/2016, the contracting authority intends to acquire, for the headquarters and the units of its structure and subordination without legal personality, measuring and control equipment. Numberdays to which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders / applications: 20. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests / additional information on the 12th day before the submission deadline of the offers.

Installation with master counter for checking LPG car distributors for LPG - 7 pieces.

The bidder / joint venture with other economic operators, including temporary association / subcontractor / supporting party (if applicable) to fall within the situations provided for in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement (classicale) M. Of. no. 390 / 2016.

Documentary evidence as follows:

1) ascertaining certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation; judiciary of the economic operator and of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the resthe economic operator, or those who have the power of representation, decision or control within him, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, 3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in the articles on public procurement, art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016; 4) other editing documents, as the case may be.

The way to meet the above mentioned requirements: the tenderer / tenderer jointly with other economic operators, including in temporary association / subcontractor / supporting party case) participant in the award procedure will fill in the DUAE accordingly, according to art. 193 of Law no. 98/2016 on thispublic (classical) publications M. Of. no. 390/2016 with information related to their situation

Warning: At the time of completing the DUAE information, economic operators do not have the right to interfere with the format of the document or the requirements highlighted by the contracting authority. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the next DUAEat the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings completed at the evaluation of the tenders.
