Provision of cold-binding meals for home delivery of elderly and / or handicapped persons for the communal center of social action of Marcq-en-Barœul.

- the development of the menus in the conExpected conditions under CCP conditions, - selection of supplies and purchases of foodstuffs for the preparation of meals, in accordance with the quantitative, qualitative and nutritional requirements defined in this document,

- making (manufacturing) meals kitchens in advance following the principle of the cold link from the production tool of the service providerarea and their packaging in individual single-use containers, - the control of hygiene on its production site must be monthly, in particular the realization at its own expense of the microbiological self-checks provided for by the regulations, - the transport and delivery of meal at the location specified in Article 7 of this document,

- the provision of practical equipment for the transport (disposable tray, boxes, gastronorm containers, etc.) as well as the cleaning of this equipment,

- the information of the CCAS on the evolution of the regulations in the field of food hygiene and nutrition, - the obligation for the provider to inform the CCAS about any product or family of products whose consumption may present a risk for the elderly,

- the settingprovision of a reheating guide for dishes for the CCAS and for each guest.

Reference to section IV), procedure of the consultation: the present procedure adapted open is subject to the provisions of article 27 and 28 of the decree n 2016 -360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. This consultation will be carried out pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.public contracts on framework agreements with purchase orders. This is a framework agreement with a minimum order and no maximum and an economic operator. Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required.
