The staff of the call center (hereafter: agents) will receive a customized training and possibly follow a customized script. The contracting authority attaches great importance to customer friendliness and customer satisfaction. The call center issues monthly reports to the contracting authority that will make interim evaluations based on this.

Explanation:The object of this assignment is the appointment of a call center that achieves 25 appointments per week with potential customers on the basis of telemarketing. This is done on the basis of address data (= a booking in the agenda of a shipper for a home visit with a potential customer) and documentation that will be provided by the client. These appointments are taken in an online toolthat is planned and the call center is responsible for reporting to the client.
