EC 1: Brief presentation of the supplier and its possible subcontractors. The supplier and all subcontractors attach the completed and signed self-declaration sheet to the offer (https: //www.beschaffung.admin.ch/bpl/de/home/auftraege-bund/selbstdeklarationen.html; Self-declaration in general). Provider submits an up-to-date certificate of custody from the offer (not older than 3 months).

EC 2: Specification of the planned members of the project team of the provider (project leader plus members of his project team without interview team) including their written and oral languageKnowledge of the languages German, French, English and Italian. Qualification of their (oral and written) language skills with very good, good, sufficient, little or no knowledge.

EC 3: Written confirmation from the provider that his designated survey team will be able to identify himself in the German and the French and the English and the iI have to agree well with the Italian language.

Award Criterion The "Award Criteria" level is determined by the award criterion ZK 1 on the basis of the following classification : Offerwhich are 50% more expensive than the cheapest offer get 0 points. The cheapest offer will be awarded 5 points. Offers with prices in between receive a linear number of points. B.
