EC 1: Brief presentation of the supplier and its possible subcontractors. The supplier and all subcontractors attach the completed and signed self-declaration sheet to the offer (https: //www.beschaffung.admin.ch/bpl/de/home/auftraege-bund/selbstdeklarationen.html; Self-declaration in general). Provider submits an up-to-date certificate of custody from the offer (not older than 3 months).
