Supply of a seagoing patrol unit (OPV)

The subject of the order is the delivery of one brand new seagoing patrol unit (OPV) as described in the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Important Terms Orders.

The subject of the order is the delivery of one brand new seagoing patrol unit (OPV), as described in the subject of the order, constituting Annex 1 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order. European Union.

1) The Contractor submits aindividual statement as at the day of submitting bids in the form of a single document drawn up in accordance with the template of the standard form set out in the European Commission implementing regulation issued on the basis of art. 59 clause 2 of Directive 2014/24 / EU and art. 80 clause 3 of Directive 2014/25 / EU, called the Single European Procurement Document (EAT).

2) Contractor, before the deadline for submissiona bid, it must pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 1, 000, 000.

3) The Purchaser does not provide for the orders referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law

4) The Contractor, which relies on the abilities or situation of other entities, must submit with the offer an undertaking of these entities to make available to him the necessary resources for the purposes of the contract. The third party must meet the participation conditionin full and not be subject to exclusion from the procedure.

5) According to art. 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ( General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal EU L119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", the Employer informs that:

a) the administrator of personal data obtained in the said proceeding from natural persons is the Commander of the Maritime Border Guard Department, 80-563 Gdańsk, ul. Oliwska 35;

b) inspector personal data protection at the Maritime Branch of the Border Guard is the Head of the Information Protection Department, iod.morski@strazgraniczna.pl, phone 58 5242060;

c) above personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR for the purpose related to the procedure for the award of the public contract in question;

d) recipients of the abovementioned personal data will be persons or entities to whom documentation of proceedings based on art. 8 and art. 96 section 3 of the Public Procurement Law;

e) of the abovementioned personal data will be stored in accordance with art. 97 paragraph 1of the Act, for a period of 4 years from the date of termination of the contract award procedure, and if the duration of the contract exceeds 4 years, the storage period covers the entire duration of the contract;

f) the obligation to provide personal data of natural persons participating in the proceedings directly related to these persons is statutory requirement specified in the provisions of the Act related to participation inpublic procurement procedure; the consequences of not providing specific data result from the Public Procurement Law.

6) The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 93 item 1a of the PPL Act provides for the possibility of annulling the procedure in the event of not awarding funds that were to be allocated for financingall or part of the order.
