Main Site: R. BULGARIA, Pernik, 2300, Varos, 11 Sredets Str. and Territory serviced by the contracting authority. Some of the activities may be carried out in the office and / or othersa place of fulfillment. if appropriate / required.

Subject of the procurement:

Design and construction of an integrated geographical information system (GIS).

The following activities are envisaged within the project:

1. Activity 1: situation study and analysis - activities for analysis and design of the integrated geographical information system should be carried out, andopening a system project;

2. Activity 2: building the system - the purchase of a basic GIS platform (web, mobile and desktop GIS client) is needed, which is to be expanded with plumbing assets, network facilities, database and registers with parameters of equipment, pump units, users and etc. Future System Modules: Desktop GIS Client (Core Module; Assets Module); Web GIS Client; MobileGIS client. The following sub-activities must be completed within the activity:

Sub-activity 1: delivery of specialized software includes: delivery of desktop GIS clients (15 (fifteen) desktop GIS clients); delivery of mobile GIS clients (15 (fifteen) mobile GIS clients); delivery of web GIS client (server license); delivery of a database management system; delivery of geographic

Sub-Activity 2: System build-up involves the development of a complete system that includes the sub-activity 1 software provided as a basis. Construction includes customization, customization and customization of the software provided;

3. Activity 3: Digitization of available data, Field verification of data and integration into geospatial database - in the framework of this activity followsinventory, digitalization and field verification of the available information arrays within Water Supply and Sewerage Ltd., Pernik, as well as to provide an adequate digital geospatial basis for GIS deployment. All digitalised and field verified data should be integrated into the GIS: With regard to field verification, the selected contractor shouldmake field surveys (geodetic surveys) of selected data available in digital form for locations specified by the Client, up to 15 (fifteen) km linear length, and perform unmanned aerial survey for areas designated by the Client up to 15 ha;

4 . Activity 4: implementation, testing for acceptance of the training system;

5. Activity 5: Provide access to the geo-address databaseand - data required for the operation of the system through a GIS server license for the period of warranty maintenance should be provided for temporary use. The following geodata must be supplied: road network; railway network; settlements; areas; municipalities; administrative partition; hydrographic network; street network; address base;

6.
