Subject of the contract is the awarding of the activity of organization and management of the project "Completion and reconstruction of water supply and sewerage systems ina separate territory, serviced by VIC Ltd., Plovdiv, BULGARIA, by selecting a team of specialists with different professional competences within the envisaged structure and composition (manager and team members) according to tech. specification from the documentation. The Project Management Team (EMS) as a structure wholly responsible for the implementation of the organizational and management functions and responsibilitiesof the project, is directly subordinated to the manager of WIK EOOD and will act on its behalf in relations with the MA of OPE 2014-2020 and other contractors. The structure of the EMS will be the following: project manager; project coordinator; admin associate; person with their technical expertise - 9 (for this position only); person with financial expertise; person with accounting expertise; person in communications; person with legal personalityexpertise and person GIS.
Main Site: Separate territory served by Water Supply and Sewerage Ltd., Plovdiv, in particular the territories of Plovdiv, Hissarya, Karlovo, Asenovgrad, Parvomay and Stamboliyski .

The participant has to offer different specialists, since the same person can not combine more than one position in the EUM. Compliance with the requirements shall be declared in the appropriate box in the EEOPP Part IV, Section C "Technical and professional capacity" with the indicationinformation about a professional. Qualification of the proposed experts - educational establishment, specialty and qualification, document number certifying the education and qualification acquired, and evidence (list of staff responsible for implementation, indicating the professional competence of the persons, according to the circumstances declared in the EEOPPbodies, as well as documents proving their professional competence) are required under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. In Section D of Part III "Grounds for Exclusion" of the OEDOP, participants declare the following information: under Article 54, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Public Procurement Act for convictions for crimes under Articles 194-208, Article 213a— 217, Articles 219-252, Articles 254a-255a and Articles 256-260 of the Criminal Code, as well as information-for crimes similar to those described when persons were convicted in others.
