The purpose of the contest is the hiring by open procedure exceeding the community threshold of the servTechnical assistance, cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance, modification, supply, and installation of new elements of traffic lights and traffic control facilities (CCTV, cinemometers, signaling systems and parking occupations, back-accessible bollards, hardware and software applications, gauges, equipment of the semaphore centralization room andof cameras connected to the traffic CCTV) and of all the studies and developments necessary to optimize the operation of the traffic management and control systems in the territorial scope of the City of Pamplona.

The purpose of the contest is the hiring of the service of technical assistance, cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance, modification, supply, and installation agains elements of traffic lights facilities and traffic control facilities (CCTV, cinemometers, parking signaling and occupation systems, retro-accessible bollards, hardware and software applications, gauges, traffic lights in the traffic lights and cameras connected to the traffic CCTV) and of all the studies and developments necessary to optimize the operationof traffic management and control systems in the territorial scope of the City of Pamplona.
