CPV Description: Maintenance, administration, integration, development and provision of the Revenue Management Software (RMS) at the NRA for continuous operation. The subject of the order includes activities related to maintenance, administration, integration, Develop and Provide Continuous Operation of the Revenue Management Software (SAP)-in the NRA. The scope of the order includes the following activities:
Main Site: 52. "Knyaz Aleksandar Dondukov" Blvd. and / or 23 "Vrabcha" Str. The subject of the contract includes activities related to maintenance, administration, integration, development and ensuring the continuous operation of Revenue Management Software (RMS) at NRA. The scope of the order includes the following activities:Activity 1: Technological development, upgrading and updating of the SAP - Activity 2: Setting up, maintenance and optimization of the SAP - Activity 3: Transfer of knowledge and training of NRA staff - Setting, maintenance and optimization activities should be implemented throughout the period of performance of the contract, in accordance with the tenders submitted by the participant designated as contractor, a period which may not be less than 36-months and longer than 48 months from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
The activities of technological development, upgrade and renovation of the MSP, including the implementation and putting into operation of the new functionalities, should be implemented for a period of no longer of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Knowledge transfer and training activities should be throughthroughout the contract period.

4.3 System Architect, min. 1 (one) expert, having at least 2 years of experience in the field of installation, administration, configuration, maintenance and building of software architectural solutions; minimum 5 years of experience in software development projects; pract. experience with technology used to develop software (SQL, -XML, Java, Hibernate, Servlets, JSP, Java applets, HTML, CSS, JQuery, .NET, JavaScript, PLSQL, etc.); pract. experience with Oracle 11g relational databases or higher; experience in binding the subject area (user requirements), system requirements and system architecture; experience in setting up system architecture, including databases and operating parameters, as well-balancing the load on hardware and networks; Java Developers - Min. 3 (three) experts with: Java SE or Java EE and Web Services; Minimum 3 years of experience in developing or upgrading Java-based software solutions with SOA architecture and RESTful / SOAP services; pract. experience with Java and Java script frameworks; pract. experience with relational Orac databasesle 11g or higher version

Quality Assurance Expert (QA) - Min. 1 (one) expert, possessing: knowledge of quality management tools, concepts and methodologies, testing of information systems; min. 3 years of experience. experience in checking the quality and auditing of information systems; pract. experience with relational databases; ISTQB certificate or equivalent; Application Server Administrator -min 1 (one) expert with: Oracle Certified Associate Certificate - Oracle WebLogic Server 10g System Administrator or higher; Minimum 2 years of experience in installing, administering, configuring, maintaining and installing Oracle WebLogic Server, GlassFish, LoadBalanser applications; Database administrator - min 1 (one) expert with: Oracle certificate11g: Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate or Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional or higher; Minimum 2 years experience in installing, administering, configuring, maintaining Oracle Database 11g or higher. At the discretion of the participant, a larger number of experts may be offered, who are required to meet the minimum requirements of thethe applicant for the relevant category of specialists. The exposure of the persons to the relevant area will be done according to the COO-2015. The NRA will provide a room with the possibility of detaching up to 12 permanent work places.
