The tenderer assumes the commitment to dedicate or ascribe to the execution of the contract the personal and material means sufficient for it, attributing to this commitment character of essential obligation.
For all lots, the tenderer agrees that all the technicians assigned to the project have knowledges and demonstrable experience of at least one year in:
- CEX tool for the design of procedures,
- ORACLE database: SQL, PL / SQL and handling of objects with Referential Integrity (Triggers and Constraints),
- Languages: Java 8 J2EE (includes JSP, Servlets and iText libraries), JavaScript, HTML and CSS,
- Java-Oracle connectivity through JDBC (optimization of connections and use of Bind Variables),
- CompAttribution with the Apache-Tomcat application server and the libraries installed by the Government of La Rioja.
