A contract will be signed for the maintenance of equipment maintenance and support for their configuration in the SCADA system of Delgaz Grid S.A. - electricity segment. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all the saltclarification citations on the 10th day before the deadline set for submitting bids. Number of days to which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications is 15.

Main Site: Region of Moldova: Iasi, Bacău, Suceava, Botosani, Vaslui, Neamţ County

According to Annex no. 2 of the technical specification:

- Equipment with or without configuration: 420 pcs.,

- Recommissioning work: 420 units,

- Excursion: 84, 000 km,

Requests on request: 720 hours

Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99/2016 on sector acquisitions.

Way by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be completed, according to the NAPA Notification no. 240/2016, by the economic operators participating in pthe award procedure with information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting entity, at the end of the evaluation, respectively after the electronic auction stage, by the economic operator who will have the best financial offer. These documents p(1) certified statements regarding the lack of overdue debts related to the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of submitting the offer; 2) the criminal record of the economic operator; of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or those whohave the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive document; 3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art. 184 of the Sectoral Purchasing Act 99/2016.

The bidders, the supportive third partiesand subcontractors should not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 72, 73 of the Sectoral Purchasing Act 99/2016.
