Les prestations sont decomposees en 4 lots:

Objectifs:

— maintenir son-Hardware park with builders - Extend basic software support and updates to publishers, - Acquire support for server maintenance and operation, hardware and software level basic. Interactions are strong between servers, software and network equipment; that's why it becomes necessaryA single and same contractor will maintain in operational condition this set, as coherent as it is complex. The holder of the lot n 1 will offer an assistance to the exploitation of the infrastructure the perimeter of the maintenance will evolve according to the projects, optimization, and rationalization of the information system (implementation by one of the holders of the master agreement of lot 2). The tIt should provide a catalog of competences (qualifications of the personnel, certifications, degrees of partnership, etc.) to the holders of the master agreement of the lot n - 2. - copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership,
