This contract is for corrective maintenance (parts and labor) on-site servers, workstations and SDLT drives in production (out of warranty) of the IA.
Main Site: The place of performance eThis is for the on-site corrective maintenance (parts and labor) of servers, workstations and SDLT drives in production (out of warranty). 'INA. The technical description of the servers currently in production and for which the holder will provide corrective maintenance for each equAnnexes 1 to 7 of the special technical clauses are as follows:
- a declaration on honor to justify that the candidate does not enter into any of the cases of exclusion mentioned in Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141 -5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-10 of the CCP in particular that it fulfills the obligations concerning the employment of handicapped workers defined in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code,
- information for the purpose of verifying the ability to exercise professional activity, economic and financial capacity, and the technical and professional capacities referred to in Articles 6.1.2 and 6.1.3 of the Labor Code. regulation of the consultation, - when it is in receivership, the candidate produces the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced (s),
- the extris registered in the Trade and Companies Register or the equivalent document.
A statement of the overall turnover and turnover of the area of activity that is the subject of this public procurement contract carried out during the last 3 years years.
The market will be financed from the equity of the INA. The payment of expenses will be made by bank transfer. The INA reserves the rightit is necessary to bring, at the latest 10 calendar days before the deadline fixed for the delivery of the offers, detailed modifications to the file of consultation. The computation of this delay starts from the date of sending of the documents to the companies by the Institute. These changes will not affect the substantial elements of the market. The INA will then inform all candidates in respectful conditionss of the principle of equality. The candidates will then have to answer, on the basis of the modified file, without being able to raise any claim. If, during the examination of the file by the candidates, the deadline fixed for the submission of the candidatures and the offers is postponed, the preceding disposition is applicable according to this new date. For all the additional information thatwould be useful during their study, economic operators must send a written request no later than 8 calendar days before the deadline for receipt of offers. An answer will then be sent, in writing, to allonce the file has been removed and identified on the buyer profile and the email address provided is valid, no later than 6 calendar days before the deadline for receipt of tenders.
