Maintenance, reliability and evolution of the supervision system of the water and sanitation department of Grand Besancon metropole

The Greater Besancon metropolis has 1 system of supervision for these sites of the drinking water and sanitation. The target issues for this tool are:

Main Site: 25000 Besancon.

Shape: has purchase orders with no minimum or maximum. Assignment of a single market. Estimated amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 1, 200, 000.00.

- declaration of honor to justify that the candidate does not enter into any of the bidding cases,

- information on compliance with the obligation to use mentioned in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code.

- declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover of the services covered by the contract, carried out during the last 3 financial years available,

- appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for professional risks, - balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets concerning the last 3 years, operatorsfor which balance sheets are mandatory under the law

The application is presented either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (freely available on the website www.economie.gouv.fr) - either in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME). Electronic transmission of envelopes is required for this consultation. Therefore, the traPaper submission is not allowed. The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer`s profile. The choice of mode of transmission is global and irreversible. Applicants must apply the same method of transmission to all documents sent to the contracting authority. Each transmission will be subject to a certain date of receipt and access.use of electronic reception. As such, the reference time zone is (GMT 01:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid.
