14 lots of full weight international transport, heavyweight:

From Monday to Saturday full batch transport of postal parcels, PTAC 40t van or Taut Liner

The candidate will deliver on the platform, the documents indicated below:

1) 1 extract k-bis or equivalent;

2) if he is in receivership, the copy of thepronounced judgments;

3) a declaration duly dated and signed on paper on the letterhead of the supplier, to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in 1 and a and c of 4 of article 45 of l` order n 2015-899;

4) certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies attesting that the candidate is not in 1 case of prohibition to tender mentioned in2 of article 45 of the ordinance n 2015-899.

The non-delivery of the above-mentioned documents will lead to the elimination of the candidate company.

- at the time of the delivery of his request to participate, the candidate will submit at the abovementioned point of contact, the information questionnaire which will be sent to him by email.

The request to participate accompanied by information and documentsrequests in sections III.1.1) to III.1.3) (on information questionnaire or free form) must be sent to the contact point before the date and time limit mentioned in section IV.2.2). Candidates wishing to respond via the information questionnaire can obtain it from the contact point by asking them by e-mail address.

All documents that cannot beRods are to be returned by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or to be deposited against receipt at the address of the contact point before the same deadlines and dates. In accordance with the provisions of article 53 of decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, the candidate is not required to provide the documents and information requested in the context of this notice which can be obtained via 1 syste electronic information provision administered by 1 official body or a digital storage space accessible free of charge by La Poste and its subsidiaries. In this case, the candidate will specify in the response file all the information necessary to consult this system or this space.
