Constitution of a pool of carriers for the provision of VL and PL with driver in IDF and bordering for exceptional races

Establishment of a carrier pool for the provision of VL or PL with driver pto ensure exceptional shipments (mail, parcels, press, goods, non-hazardous waste ...) in Ile-de-France (98%) and occasionally neighboring departments. According to the lots, the services are to be realized in:

Main Site: Ile-de-France and occasional neighboring departments: 27/28/45/59/76/60/02/51/10 / 89.

Constitution of a pool of providers to put adthe positioning of industrial vehicles with drivers for the execution of exceptional races of mail (mail, parcels, press, goods, non-hazardous waste ...) in Ile-de-France (98%) and occasionally neighboring departments. The transport must be insured with a light vehicle: 6 postal containers or 9 CE30 structures (total height 2.15 m and GVW 3T). The benefitsSpecial events are likely to be purchased Monday through Saturday, as well as Sundays and public holidays: 24 hours a day. The duration of the service can vary from 1:00 to 12:00. The dimensions of a postal container are: hxlx L = 80 x 120 x 154. The dimensions of a structure are: hxlx L = 99 x 55 x 154.

The candidate will submit, at the same time as the request to participate, the documents indicated below:

1) a K-bis or equivalence extract;

2) if it is in receivership, a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced;

3) a duly dated and signed on paper declaration. of the supplier, to justify that it does not enter into any of the cases mentioned in 1 and a and c of 4 of Article 45 of Ordinance No. 2015-899;

4) the certificates issued by the Administrations et competent bodies certifying that the candidate is not in a banning case referred to in Article 45 (2) of Order No 2015-899, that is to say:

- a certificate of vigilance delivered by the Urssaf,

- a tax certificate justifying the regularity of its tax situation (payment of VAT, corporation tax or income tax),

- acertificate attesting to the regularity of his situation with regard to the obligation of employment of disabled workers. (5) where applicable, the list of names of foreign employees employed by the candidate and subject to the work permit mentioned in Article L. 5221-2 of the Labor Code, specifying for each employee, in accordance with Article D. 8254-2 of the Labor Code, its date of employment, his nationality, as well as the type and serial number of the title of the work permit. Candidates established abroad provide the documents provided for in Articles D. 8222-7 and D. 8254-3 of the Labor Code;

6) where applicable, the documents provided for in Article R.1263-12 of the Code. of work in case of detachment of employees.
