The subject of the order is to provide services B, D, E, F, G broken down into parts.

Main Site: Realization schedules for: E / Rybnik, schedule no. 3 Pszczyna.

The scope of the contract includes the provision of the following services:

- service B, the provision of service B applies to 6, 174 pieces of postal parcels and parcelscourier,

- service F The contractor will be required to perform 176 service points in service F,

- service G The contractor will be required to provide courses in service G, which is: the number of courses 602, with a total length of not more than 13, 810 kilometers, not more than 710 hours.

Contractors who can apply for the contract who:

1) are not subject to exclusion on the basis ofe art. 24 paragraph 1 and art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law;

2) they meet the conditions for participation in the procedure. The Employer does not specify the conditions in terms of competence or authorization to conduct a given professional activity, economic or financial situation as well as technical or professional capacity.

1. Each Contractor must attach to the offer a current statement as at the date of submitting the offersindicated by the Employer in the ToR. The Contractor submits the declaration using the platform on the form of the uniform European order document, drawn up in accordance with the template of the standard form set out in the implementing regulation of the European Commission issued on the basis of art. 59 clause 2 of Directive 2014/24 / EU and art. 80 clause 3 of Directive 2014/25 / EU (hereinafter referred to as "EAT"), in the postelectronic mail and provides a qualified electronic signature. The information contained in the statement will constitute preliminary confirmation that the Contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.delivery in the alpha (α) section.

2. The Awarding Entity will call the Contractor whose tender has been rated the highest before submitting the order by the deadline set for a period not shorter than 10 days as at the date of submitting the following statements or documents confirming the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 Public Procurement Law, in the scope of:

1) no grounds for exclusion:

a) information from National ReCriminal Court to the extent specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 13 a c, art. 24 paragraph 1 point 14 in connection from paragraph 1 point 13 a c and art. 24 paragraph 1 point 21 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of bids;

b) an excerpt from the relevant register or from the central register and information on economic activity, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or register, in cto confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion under Article 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law;

c) the Contractor`s statement on the lack of issuing a final court judgment against him or the final administrative decision on late payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance contributions, or in the case of issuing such a judgment or decision of documents confirming thethe ease of these claims together with any interest or fines, or the conclusion of a binding agreement on the repayment of these claims (Annex 3 to the ToR);

d) the Contractor`s statement that he has not been subjected to a preventive measure against the use of public procurement (Annex 3 to Specification).

1. The contractor within 3 days from the date of publication on the website, prsquint with which the platform is available, the information referred to in art. 86 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, provides the Employer with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 item 23 of the PPL, prepared using the template constituting Annex 4 to the ToR. Along with submitting the declaration, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with other Youthe contractors do not lead to a distortion of competition in the procurement procedure.

2. Information regarding the participation of Contractors who have their registered office and place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland is contained in the ToR.

3. The awarding entity in these proceedings will apply the procedure specified in art. 24aa of the PPL Act (reverse procedure).
