1 measuring module - a five-sensor system that allows the measurement of gaseous pollutants in atmospheric airfor carrying by a remotely controlled flying apparatus equipped with the following sensors: H2S (3 ppb-1 ppm), organic solvents (Ethanol, Iso-Butane, H2, 0-500 ppm), O (0.20-100%), SO ( 0.5-2000 ppm) and odor (0.5-1000 ppm isobutanol). The measuring module should have a built-in wide-angle FHD camera with an HDMI output for image transmission with the measured parameters. Additionally equipped with watransport lash for measuring module and necessary equipment, weight max. 1.5 kg.

Measurement range of the measuring and sampling module: - weight in the range of 3.3 to 3.6 kg; - it has a tube for collecting the tested air from outside the rotor plane of the aircraft; - intended to be carried by a remote-controlled flying apparatus with adequate lifting capacity; - equipped with a bag filling systemTedlara with an air sample (in a set of 10 sacks) and with the possibility of remote switching on and off of filling. After collecting the air sample, the tightly closed bag should be able to detach from the module for transfer to the laboratory; - module operation time = 3h. The module has sensors and receivers: - GPS, - barometers, - thermometer, - hygrometer.

1, the flying apparatus must work with the modulemeasuring and sampling, (thanks to which it will be possible to measure the above mentioned gas pollutants at a given time), dedicated flight controller and power supply system consisting of replaceable batteries (in the set there must be 6 replaceable battery sets for 6-fold increase of time) measurements compared to the flight on one set / battery). The flying apparatus should havemin 6 dust-proof motors with 21 "propellers, double redundancy of 3xGNSS systems, 3xIMU, 3xcompass, automatically folding undercarriage, power set consisting of 6 intelligent spare battery sets (6 x Tattu 6 cells 22, 2V 488, 4Wh 22, 000 mAh 25C), dedicated control equipment with FHD video transmission (along with the appropriate software) with 2.4 GHz frequency and outputHDMI, as well as a 2-sensor camera (daylight and thermal imaging) FHD with a three-axis mechanical stabilizer (allowing free rotation of the mounted camera) with 30x optical zoom and 6x digital zoom (Tilt rotation range: 50 to -140, Pan: / -330, Roll : 90 to -50, weighing up to 560 grams, with image recording on a MicroSD card). A quick coupling must be available in the aircraftconnection of the hose (US98A-6040B 6/4/1) to the external measuring equipment and 100 mb of such a hose, and also in the set should be 1 probe pump (allowing for extrusion of samples of air for a given maximum distance). In addition, the camera must have a transport trunk for the drone.

1 ground station in the form of a laptop computer (with an operating system, minimum 8GB RAM and an SSD hard disk512GB) and 1 tablet (allowing real-time observation and recording of measurements), in both cases (for both devices) with the data manager, collected data and information and monitoring.

1 charger / docking station that allows you to quickly charge the entire set of power (from 2 to 6 charging sockets) and built-in in the PELI case.

- Gwarranty and insurance against damage to the aircraft (minimum 24 months),

- Warranty and post-warranty service (minimum 24 months). The supplier of the subject of the order should have the manufacturer`s authorization to sell and perform maintenance services offered ...

The ordering party does not specify in this respect any requirements that the Contractor is required to demonstrate in a special way.the condition will be considered fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that he has financial means or has the creditworthiness
