The subject of the order is the delivery of the position-design and measurement of specialized energy-saving sensors, sensor networks and antennas to monitor environmental parameters for applications of autonomous agriculture for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics Gdańsk University of Technology, which includes:

The subject of the order in part 1 is the supply of a laboratory stand that allows the measurement of antennas and multivolts up to 50 GHz. The subject of the order must be brand new, without previous use, free from defects and damages, non-statutory and not subject to the rights of third parties. A detailed description of the item fromAmowin contains attachment No. 5 to the ToR. The minimum warranty period required by the Employer is 12 months for equipment (without accessories) and 90 days for media with controllers, counted from the date of signing the delivery-acceptance protocol without reservations.

) In order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion of the contractor from participation in the proceedings, the contracting authority requests documents: a) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 points 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of tenders;

b) excerpt from the relevant register or from the Central Register and Information on Business Activitywhere separate regulations require an entry in the register or records, in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion under Article 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the PPL,

c) the contractor's statement that he has not been the subject of a final court judgment or final administrative decision on late payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums or in the event of release-such a judgment or decision of documents confirming the payment of these claims together with any interest or fines or the conclusion of a binding agreement regarding the repayment of these debts. The pattern of the declaration is attached as Appendix 7 to the ToR,

d) the declaration of the contractor about the lack of a ruling against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders. Pattern of educationThe attachment is attached as Appendix 7 to the ToR.

3) In the proceedings the contractor submits a statement valid as of the day of submitting bids in the scope indicated by the ordering party in the contract notice or in the Terms of Essential Terms of Orders in the form of a Single European Order Document (hereinafter referred to as "EAT"), signed with a qualified electronic signature, prepared in accordance with model(Article 59 (2) of Directive 201/24 / EU). The information contained in the EED is a preliminary confirmation that the contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. Contractor who refers to the resources of other entities, in order to demonstrate the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with them in the scope ofin which they refer to their resources, the conditions for participation in the proceedings also include uniform documents regarding these entities.

4) Pursuant to Art. 24 sec. 11 of the PZP Act, the contractor, within 3 days of posting on the website information on the amount he intends to allocate to finance the order, companies and addresses of contractors who submitted bids on time, price, deadlinethe order, the warranty period and the payment terms contained in the offers, provide the orderer with a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group, referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Public Procurement Law. Along with the submission of a statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in theOrder elation. 5) In the case of joint application for contractors, JINS are submitted by each of the contractors jointly applying for the contract. 6) The ordering party demands a deposit of PLN 25, 000, part II PLN 800 PLN. The bid bond must be submitted before the deadline for submission of offers.

7) Progress. is conducted in the form of an unlimited tender in accordance with the PPL act. The contracting party anticipates the use of procedury, referred to in art. 24aa paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the order referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
