Proceedings are conducted in the mode of inquiry with the estimated value of the order so-called. below the EU thresholds, which does not exceed the net value expressed in PLN of EUR 221 000, 00 net, i.e. without tax on goods and services (VAT). The subject of the order is to select the Contractor for the delivery and installation of a brand new double-station vulcanisation press along with full hardware and software for the production and laboratory facility.
The subject of the order is to select the Contractor for the delivery and installation of a brand new curing press dwus.with full equipment and software, to the production and laboratory facility located on the real estate which is the registered office of Larkis Sp. z o.o. in Dobczyce (32-410) at ul. Obwodowa 4.
The Contractor must offer the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the Employer specified in the ZiS, description of the subject of the order, i.e. indicated technical and functional requirements andz given parameters or their ranges:
A. Requirements:
1) The size of the bottom plate: min 500 x 500
2) The size of the top plate: min 500 x 500
3) Temperature range on the form from 20⁰C to 220⁰C
4) Press must have forced hydraulic opening of the mold
5) Press must have adjustable speed of approach and opening of the mold
6) The press must have an adjustable clearance between the heating beds
7) Pressit must have side ejectors for ejectors of several-piece forms.
8) Press must be able to work - vulcanization in the vacuum chamber or with a vacuum pump (the vacuum pump must be equipped with the press)
9) Press must be able to work in automatic and manual cycle
10 ) The press must have an adjustable clamping force, clamping force, so that it can be adjusted to the size of the form
11) Minimum compression force of the piston 100t
12) The press must be able to program the work cycle with the programming of the number of voltages
13) The press must be equipped with safety curtains
14) Press must have the CE conformity mark
