CPV Description: Machinery for the production of fruit and vegetable alcohol The subject of the contract is the purchase, supply, installation, testing and training of operators of the technology for the production of fruit alcoholic beverages. The technology will consist of the following facilities:

1.1 The adjudicator must meet the conditions in part mentioned in - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of some laws in the textAct no. 438/2015 Z. z. (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), their fulfillment of the proof pursuant to Section 32 (2), Paragraph 4, Section 5, Section 152, Paragraph 1 (Entry to the List of Economic Entities) or Section 152, paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act. Enrollment in the list of economic operators is effective against any public purchaser and the information given therein is not necessary in the public procurement procedures.in evaluating the fulfillment of the conditions of personal status, verify the entry of the economic entity in the list of economic subjects, if the applicant has not submitted the documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 or an equivalent entry or registration certificate pursuant to Section 152 3 of the Public Procurement Act

3.The public contracting authority shall exclude from the verifying the fulfillment of the conditionsof the applicant's procurements according to the proofs referred to in -40, 6. The public contracting authority announces that it applies the transitional provision on communication pursuant to - 187 par. 8 of the Act on Public Procurement. Delivery is governed by Act No. 71/1967 Coll. on the proper conduct (good order), as amended. Security will be required, in accordance with Section 46 of the Acto VO, at EUR 5, 000, -.
