Procurement of a System for Treating Ballast Water on KV Harstad

The Norwegian Defence logistics organisation will, on behalf of the Norwegian Coast Guard, procure a system for treating ballast water on the coast guard ship KV Harstad.
The aim of the procurement is to cover the coast guard's need for a system to treat ballast water that fulfils the regulations on ballast water treatment on ships and mobile fixtures (FOR-2017-09-08-1368), with later amendments and the necessary certifications, for the coast guard vessel KV Harstad. The delivered system must both IMO and USCG certification. The Contracting Authority's requirements for the delivery are stated in the document 'Annex B — requirements specification for the ballast management system W318'.
Qualification requirement: tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirements:
— Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate,
— foreign companies: confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Qualification requirements. Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
