Innovation of the Tire Retreading Process

The subject of the contract is the provision of innovative technological components to the manufacturing process of tire retreading as the main contractor. The aim of providing new innovative components is to ensure a high degree of automationwhich promotes the high quality of the retreaded tires. The subject of the contract is the new control system of the production process for the analysis of the rheological properties of the product, in order to ensure the high quality of the vulcanization process.
Main Site: Public Procurement Agency - Šimkovič - Protektor společnost s omezenou z-rukou, Sidlo: Kollarova 15, 078 01 Sečovce. 1 piece mothe following machines have the following parameters: - CNC type tool, - computer controlled abrasion of the tire side section, - computer controlled abrasion of the side of the tire, - Automatic tire centering system, - Abrasive head cooling / Spraying abrasive saws, / - steel detector / does not detect tire damage in obruso/
Tire size range:
-min. 215/75 R 17.5,
-max. 445/65 R 22, 5, - lift lift / to facilitate tire loading / unloading, - minimum output 10 pcs / hour - fulfillment of the conditions of the individual status according to - 32 (1) of the ZVO Applicant in accordance with - 32 . 2 ZVO proves:
1.1. from the criminal record not older than 3 months,
1.2. confirmation of Health Insurance Company and Sociinsurance company not more than 3 months,
1.3. confirmation of the local tax authority not more than 3 months,
1.4. confirmation of the relevant barrel not more than 3 months,
1.5. a document proving the right to supply the goods, perform construction works or provide a service that corresponds to the subject of the order,
1.6. by an affidavit proves the fulfillment of the condition of part time pursuant to - 32 par. 1 letter. f) ZVO.
1.7. the condition of part time pursuant to - 32 par. 1 letter. g) FVC proves the public contractor,
1.8. the condition of part time pursuant to - 32 par. 1 letter. h) ZVO prověřuje verejn-ho obstar-vateľa
1.9. If the applicant has a place of business or place of business or usually resides outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the status of his place of business, the place of business or usual residence does not issue some of the documents mentioned in - 32 par. 2 ZVO or not even equivalent-documents may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the rules in force in the statutes of his or her place of business or place of business.
1.10. If the right of the applicant applies to a seat, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic, it does not regulate an institute of honorary declaration, it may be replaced by a declaration made by a court, a body, a notary, another professional institution or a commercial institutionaccording to the regulations in force in the state of establishment, place of business or usual residence of the applicant.
1.11. The economic entity entered in the list of economic entities pursuant to - 152 et seq. The GVA is not obliged to submit documents in order to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4 and para. 5 ZVO. The contracting authority shall recognize the equivalent or postthe allegation of registration shall be issued by the competent authority of another Member State by which the applicant or the person concerned demonstrates that the conditions for participation in a public contract are fulfilled. The contracting authority must also accept an equivalent document submitted by the applicant or occupier. Enrollment in the list of economic operators is effective against any public contracting authority. The contracting authority in evaluating the fulfillment of the conditionsin the case of personal status, the registration of an economic entity in the list of economic subjects, if the applicant has not submitted the documents pursuant to Article 32 2, 4 and 5 or an equivalent entry or a written confirmation of - 152 par. 3 ZVO
1.12. It shall take up the updating data in accordance with - 32 par. 1 of the ZVO in the list of economic entities pursuant to - 152 of the Act on Agriculture and Rural Development, it is necessary that the economic entities through-the following documents were added to the form for the notification of change of data: according to - 32 par. 1 letter. (a) ZVO - extract (s) from the criminal record of the member (s) of the supervisory body and the procurator (s) and the applicant as a legal person; according to - 32 par. 1 letter. b) ZVO - certificates of health insurance and social insurance companies not older than 3 months; according to - 32 par. 1 letter. c) ZVO - confirmation of the local tax authority, not withless than 3 months; a current proof of the right to deliver the goods, to perform construction work or to provide a service in the event of a change in the information given in the document authorizing the supply of goods, the construction works or the provision attached to the flood application for inclusion in the list of entrepreneurs / 13.1. A person who is not listed on the listh of the subjects submit in the tender documents according to - 32 par. 2, or para. 4, par. 5 ZVO (points 1.1 to 1.6, 1.9.1.10)
1.14. Documents / documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the personal situation may be provisionally replaced by the Single European Document (hereinafter referred to as JED) pursuant to Article 39 of the GPA (see Appendix 5 to SP)
1.15. The group of suppliers demonstrates the fulfillment of the conditions in the public noticetaravani according to - 37 par. 3 ZVO.
Not Required
1. According to - 41 of the GVO, the subcontracting of the subcontractor (according to the bid of the bidder) will be regulated in the contract, including the determination of the rules for subcontractors and the supplier's obligations. The Public Procurer (VO) requires that the successful tenderer must submit, before signing the contract, also information on other subcontractors within the meaning of - 2 par. 1font. a) point 7 z.č. 315/2016 Coll. 3. The contract shall enter into force by signature of the Contracting Parties and the day of the day following its publication in accordance with - 47a zak. no. 40/1964 Coll. Obč.z.
4th The contract will be signed with success. only if the requirements of z.č. 315/2016 Z.z.
5. A successful bidder in the position of the vendor is committed to the performance of control / audi(NFP) entered into by the Client as the Receiver of the NFP for the purpose of financing the subject of the Disqualifications, by the authorized persons for the performance of the control / audit in accordance with the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic and EU, loc. Z.č. 528/2008 Z.z. on assistance and support providedfrom EU funds in z.n. and z.č. 357/2015 Zz. on financial control and audit, and on the amendment of certain laws and the relevant NFP Treaty and its annexes to the VZP for the purpose of taking the contracts, and to provide these bodies with the necessary and timely all necessary assistance. Breach of this supplier's obligation is a material breach of contract that entitles the customer to withdraw from the contract. VO / Customer to searchthe right to refrain from signing the contract or withdrawing from the contract with the successful applicant / contractor without any sanction, in the event of non-approval of the NFP, respectively. if the results of the administrative financial control of the NFP or UVO provider do not allow the financing of issues related to the subject matter of the procurement as a result of the procurement process. The invoice due date will be 30 days from the delivery dateinvoices. VO will not provide advance payments. The invoice will be successful for the bidder / vendor to give the project name and the ITMS code of the project. Successful. the applicant / supplier ensures the removal and loading with the packaging material used for its costs and in accordance with the relevant regulations. The guarantee period is 24 months.
10. A successful applicant submits an EC declaration of conformity or an EU declaration of conformity or foreignthe document, in accordance with Regulation no. 436/2008 Z.z. as amended, laying down the details of the technical requirements and conformity assessment procedures for machinery (Article 4 (1) (e)), in accordance with Act No. 56/2018 Coll. on assessing the conformity of the product, the preparation of the intended product on the market and on the amendment of some laws, in accordance with the relevant legal standardsin force in another Member State. 11.
