The subject matter of the contract is the provision of catering services for employees of the contracting authority within the meaning of - 152 of Act no. 311/2001 Coll. The customer works as amended by paper vouchers (Strav(Main menu: Slovenska technicka univerzita v Bratislave) Main site: Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava; and all of its Faculties and Workplaces (8 locations in Bratislava, 1 in Trnava, 1 in Gabčikov), at the addresses given in the entry documents and in the framework agreement.

Provision of catering services for employees of the contracting authority in the form of paper meal vouchers (meal vouchers, delivery of meal vouchers) with a nominal value of 4, 00 EUR / piece in the estimated amount of approx. 570, 000 pieces for 48 months menu with year-round operation for all public service offices

Only the person who fulfills the conditions of participation concerning the personal status within the meaning of - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. 2, respectively. ods. 4, respectively. ods. 5 or pursuant to - 152 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement demonstratingfulfillment of conditions of personal status according to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll.

The entry in the list of economic entities maintained by the Public Procurement Office entitles the tenderer to prove in the public procurement the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in relation to personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 1 pism. a) to f) and par. 2, 4 and 5 by entry in the list of economic entitiesktov pursuant to - 152 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Enter in the list of entrepreneurs according to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment of conclusions as amended by later regulations is an entry in the list of economic entities to the extent of the recorded facts. Undisclosed facts shall be proved within the meaning of - 32 para. 2, respectively. 4 to 5 Act.

If the offer is submitted by a group of suppliers, preudeclares the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in public procurement concerning personal status within the meaning of - 32 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement, for each group member separately. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (e) the member of the group proves only in respect of that part of the subject-matter of the contract which he has to arrange for me.

Reasoning:

The contracting authority has laid down a condition for participation in accordance with the applicable legislation in accordance with the applicable legislation.
