Lubricants and products of exploitation

The present invitation to tender must allow Armasuisse to ensure the supply of lubricants and products of exploitation of the Army Logistics Base (BLA) . These are engine oils, gearbox oils and concentrated antifreeze, AdBlue (r), brake fluid and hydraulic oils for engines.2019-2024 (option incl.).

The present invitation to tender must allow Armasuisse to ensure the supply of lubricants and products of the Army Logistics Base (BLA). These are motor oils, gearbox oils and concentrated antifreeze, AdBlue (r), brake fluid and hydraulic oils for the years 2019-2024 (opincl.).

The supply is divided into 6 lots:

- Lot 1 Oils for engine and oils for gearbox,

- Lot 2 concentrated antifreeze,

- Lot 3 AdBlue (r),

- Lot 4 Brake fluid,

- Lot 5 Hydraulic oil,

- Lot 6 Hydraulic oil (biodegradable).

Proof and proof of fitness listed below must be provided in full with the offer, without restrictions.If this is not the case, it will not be entered into on the tender.

E1,

(a) Extracts from the Register of Prosecutions and

(b) Trade Register or Equivalent Acts Recognized from Abroad (3 months old the deadline for the submission of tenders serves as a reference) proving that the tenderer has no tax or social security debts.

E4, confirmation of the tenderer that he assumes the general responsibility of the project, it that is to say, that he is the contracting partner of the contracting authority. The other bidders participating in the execution of the mmust be enumerated with indication of their role.

Bidders with more than 50 employees and their first level contractors with more than 50 employees must complete the spontaneous declaration and prove that the manner in which the salary practice was controlled.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who arerespect the provisions on the protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women.

Indication of the remedies: in accordance with art. 30 LMP, this publication may be attacked, within 20 days of its notification, at the Federal Administrative Court, box postale, 9023 St. Gall.
