The call for tenders concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of facilities listed below, for the N 16 motorway trunk between the junctions of La Heutte and Tavannes, and the La Rochette tunnel. This trunk includes 7 tunnels (between 190 and 2, 100 m) and 11 technical centers.
Main Site: Highway N 16, between the junction of La Heutte and the junction of Tavannes, the La Rochette tunnel and F 1 subsidiary of OFROU in Estavayer-le-Lac or maintenance center of Loveresse or IM Maggia Engineering SA in Belfaux (sessions).
The invitation to tender concerns the supply, assembly and commissioning of the facilities listed below, forthe motorway section N 16 between the junctions of La Heutte and Tavannes, and the La Rochette tunnel. This section includes 7 tunnels (between 190 and 2, 100 m) and 11 power plants.

Q 3.1 Reference of key person

- basic and continuous training in relation with the domaines concerned by the project,
- experience: number of years of experience in the fields concerned by the project, adequacy of reference projects in relation to the market, functions in the reference projects,
- mastery of the language French

Evaluation of the criteria of adjudication other than the criterion of the price: the evaluation is always indicated by means of the notes 0 to 5: 0 = evaluation impossible.
