This offer includes machineforestation and export in Jutland, primarily 0stjylland, Himmerland and Kronjylland.

There must be 15 000 KFM with a variation of / 20%.

The service consists of: - General machine shoveling in L0V and NAL,



- Issue of trace effects and flip-flops for motorways. - Tenderer must attach the single European tender document (ESPD) and answer the following: Part IV, paragraph α:

A) Participation in the tender can only be done electronically via the contractor's used electronic supply system EU Supply, cf. the address in point I.3). Here the tender is awarded under Current public offerings . To be able to access the tender documents, the bidder must be registered or register as a user.

- Communication in connection with the procurement procedure, including questions and answers, must be made via thet electronic procurement system. Time limits in relation to questionnaire and response arise from the terms of reference.

- Interested parties must keep themselves informed via the electronic tender system.

B) The tenderer must submit an ESPD as a preliminary proof of the provisions of section 148 (3) of the Procurement Act. 1, No. 1-3, mentioned conditions. By an association of companies (eg a consortium) they mustA separate ESPD shall be submitted for each participating economic operator. Safer bidders are based on other entities' forms, an ESPD must be submitted for each of the devices on which it is based. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the contract,

- The tenderer will be excluded from participation in the tendering procedure if the tenderer is subject to the obligations referred to in section 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Actexclusion grounds as well as the grounds for exclusion provided for in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 2 unless the tenderer has provided sufficient evidence that it is palpable in accordance with section 138 of the Public Procurement Act or that the grounds for exclusion will be connected at the time of award decision. - Before the award decision, the bidder, as ordregiver intends to award the contract, provide documentation for the information provided in the ESPD pursuant to section 151-152 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. section 153.
