The object of the contract musto be new, unused and unrepaired, in perfect condition, which complies with all requirements of valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic for the purpose of use in the medical facility of the contracting authority.

The subject of the contract must be new, unused and unrepaired, in perfect condition, which meets all requirements of the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic for the purpose of use in the medical facility of the contracting authority.at the place of delivery, handing over the documentary evidence necessary for acquiring title to the subject matter, providing user documentation on the subject matter required for proper and error-free use of the instrument for the intended purpose throughout the term of the contract in accordance with all legal regulations, including but not limited to solely: a technology project for extracorporeal lithographytryptor, providing guidance on the use of the subject of the contract, putting the subject of the contract into operation (installation) with the issue of the installation certificate, training the contracting authority`s personnel on the correct use of the subject of the contract with the issuing of the certificate guarantee repairs in case youdefects of the subject of the contract during the warranty period.
