Signage and services to users on the Seine, from downstream Paris to Jeanne d'Arc bridge in Rouen and Oise to the communes of Maurecourt and Andresy
Main Site: The Seine from Paris to Rouen.
The consultation concerns:
- general execution studies,
- studies of the execution of the structures of the device of stopping of the boats with the drift,
- releve geometre and demarcation,
- the supply, the setting up and the laying down of the material of markup and signaling,
- the supply, installation and disposal of equipment for the safety of navigation works,
- the establishment of boat garages made up of dolphins, including their equiipements (bridges, stairs, bollards, ladders, defenses ...),
- the cleaning and dredging necessary for these settlements,
- the cuttings necessary for these settlements,
- civil works on the bajoyers of the locks and on the quays consisting of the installation or replacement of ladders, mooring bollards, mooring crosses.
The place or places of performance of serviceshave the following:
- for the Seine, from the Paris downstream to the Jeanne d'Arc bridge in Rouen,
- for the Oise, communes of Maurecourt and Andresy.
For the application of the Article 51 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The successful candidate will be required to provide:
- a declaration of honor certifying that the candidate is not in a case of prohibitions referred to in 1 and a and c of 4 of theArticle 45 of Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015,
- tax and social certificates the documents provided for in Articles R.1263-12 (copy of the declaration of posting of workers), D.8222-5 or D.8222-7 or D.8254-2 to D.8254-5 (social certificate or documents relating to foreign contractors or list of names of foreign employees) of the Labor Code,
- an extract from the register pertinent, such as an excerpt K, an excerpt Kbis, an excerpt D1 or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or establishment of the candidate, attesting to the absence of exclusion cases, - when the candidate is in receivership, the candidate produces the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced or the equivalent or declassified documentsation in case of foreign candidates, translated into French.
