Supply and installation of new LED luminaires on the public lighting park (change of existing light sources)

Supply and installation of new LED luminaires on the public lighting park ( change of existing light sources). The supplies concerned are not broken down into slices and are subject to a single framework agreement-attributary to purchase orders at unit prices, firm and not updatable. This framework agreement is concluded with no minimum amount and no maximum amount. The estimate of the total amount is as follows: 2 000 000 EUR HT.

Supply and installation of new LED luminaires on the public lighting park (change of existing light sources).

The candidate produces the support of his candidacy:

- a lapplication form (form DC1 attached to the consultation file or other),

- a declaration on the honor to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the public procurement code and in particular that it meets the obligations concerning the employment of handicapped workers defined in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code (form DC1 attached to the consultation file or other).

- declaration concerning the overall turnover of the candidate, covering the last 3 financial years available according to the date of creation of the company or beginning of the economic operator`s activity, to the extent that information on these sales figures is available,

- proof of insuranceof the relevant professional risks.

Financing = budget of the municipality of Talence. The payment method is transfer by administrative mandate within 30 days. The contracting authority agrees that the candidate will apply (individually or subcontracting or co-contracting) in the form of a single electronic European market document in .xml format attached to the cons(e-DUME attached pre-information). In case of co-contracting, a separate form must be provided by each participating economic operator. Candidates are allowed to limit themselves to indicating in the UHEA that they have the required skills and abilities without providing any specific information on them. Economic operators can reuse a DUME that has already been usedread in a previous procedure, provided that it confirms that the information contained therein is still valid. Form DC2 (attached to the consultation file) may be used by candidates. The contracting authority shall accept any equivalent document from another Member State of the European Union. Applicants are not required to provide supporting documents and methods of- which have already been sent to the contracting authority in a previous consultation and which remain valid, - that the contracting authority can obtain directly and free of charge through a database or storage space For each step in the framework agreement procedure, candidates and tenderers must apply the same method oftransmission by electronic means to all the exchanges with the contracting authority. Access to the consultation documents is free, complete, direct and without restriction. The documents of the consultation are made available to the economic operators on the purchaser`s profile https://demat-ampa.fr as from the publication of the notice of call to the competition. This platform ofmaterialisation makes it possible to answer the consultations electronically. Without prejudice to the provisions relating to the backup copy, applications / tenders are sent in one go. If several applications / tenders are successively submitted by the same candidate, only the last bid / offer received by the contracting authority within the fixed period is openfor the submission of tenders. Complementary information on the documents of the consultation are sent to the economic operators electronically, via the platform https://demat-ampa.fr at the latest 6 days before the deadline fixed for the reception of the offers, as far as that these economic operators have made the request electronically, via the platform https: // demat-ampa.fr no later than 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority reserves the right to make detailed changes to the consultation file no later than 6 days before the deadline fixed by the submission of tenders. Tenderers must then reply on the basis of the amended file without being able to make any claim on this subject.
