Invitation to tender for the supply of sutures, ligatures and dermal glues for a period from 1.7.2019 to 30.6. 2020, renewable twice 12 months. Framework agreement with purchase orders, with minimum and maximum, except for lot 5 (without minimum or maximum), concluded in applicationArticles 78-II-1 and 78-II-3 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets.

The hospital group of the region of Mulhouse South Alsace, as a supporting institution of the Regional Hospital Group (GHT) of Haute Alsace, has jurisdiction to pass the markets on behalf of the institutions that make up the GHT Haute Alsace:
- the hospital group of the region of Mulhouse South Alsace - 87 avenue d'Altkirch - BP 1070 - 68051 Mulhouse Cedex,
- Center hoSpitalier de Rouffach - 27 rue du 4 ERSM - 68250 Rouffach,
- the Pfastatt Hospital Center - 1 rue Henri Haeffely - 68120 Pfastatt. This consultation concerns only GHRMSA,
- the financing is provided by the resources according to the forecast statement of income and expenses of GHRMSA,
- the overall payment period may not exceed 50 days according to the provisions of article 16 of the decree-n 2013-269 of 29.3.2013 amended by article 183 of the decree n 2016-360 relating to the public markets,
- an advance is granted in the conditions fixed in articles 110 to 113 of the decree n 2016-360 relating to the public markets,
- the prices are revisable in case of renewal. In accordance with the provisions of Article 43 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Articles 39 to 42 of Decree No-2016-360 of 25.3.2016, the public person has made available the consultation file by electronic means.
